Our preferred method is by telephone as we feel that as well as being more personal, any questions you may have can be answered both quickly and in detail right away.
Alternatively, you can e-mail us at email@example.com and confirm which unit you require along with the date and time etc. We will the contact you a.s.a.p. via telephone and reconfirm all details, which will then be forwarded to you in writing along with a copy of our terms of hire and safety instructions. A further copy will accompany your inflatable, which we will require you to sign at the time of delivery and we will also need to see two proofs of ID for insurance purposes. Delivery and collection is free of charge.
If you have made your booking more than a couple of months in advance, we will contact you again 7 days before your agreed hire date to reconfirm your booking. We will also contact you again 24 hours before delivery, to advise our estimated time of arrival if the unit is coming to your home for an all day hire. ( If the party is in a hall at an exact time, we will need to know what the earliest time you may have access to the hall is. As we know from experience with our own children; many halls will only allow entry 30 minutes before your party is due to start, and require you to vacate 30 minutes after it has finished).
Deliveries can start from 7.00 am and will, where possible be done on a first to book first to receive basis. As we have stated above, access to halls etc can make this difficult and we would ask that should your unit be booked on an all day basis that you can be a little flexible with your delivery time. This is the reason why we telephone all clients twenty four hours beforehand so as to avoid any confusion. We will always ensure that your inflatable is delivered in good time for your event.
Collections usually start from 4.30 pm and where possible be operated in the following way. The first person to book an inflatable for that day will be offered the first collection slot with the second person booking being offered the next slot as so on. As before, inflatables at halls where an exact time of departure is stated will take preference. A little flexibility will again help us immensely and this is another reason why we telephone you 24 hrs in advance to reconfirm all timings. Please be assured that we will do all we can to meet your requirements.
